The staff were very nice and excellent, ready to any request. The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was immaculate with a bathtub. We had a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment in the room...

The venue is clean, the staff is great and amazing. It has marvellous location to see a restored opulent theater. Plus, this hotel is right by Fox Theater. The bar is superb. The venue is definitely recommended to others;)))

Great location for a city trip with easy walking or ride share to lots of attractions nearby. Really appreciated the fresh and convenient included breakfast selections, which were a great start to the day. Bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.

The parking situation was confusing upon arrival, and the pillows provided no support and left me with a sore neck. The housekeeping schedule was rigid and didn't work with our work calls, so our room wasn't cleaned during all the days we stayed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the location was absolutely fantastic! It was so convenient to walk or take a quick Uber ride to anywhere I needed to go. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with clean and well-maintained rooms that had everything I needed, including a bathtub for my little one who hates showers. And to top it all off, the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, including delicious choices for vegans.

I couldn't find fault with anything at this hotel.

The property was clean and well-maintained, offering a sense of safety and ease of access to downtown.
